REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION
The 62nd Republic Day of India was celebrated with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm by the children and teachers of Deepalaya School Kalkaji Extension within the school premises.
The children along with their teachers gathered at 8.00 am sharp. Some parents have also come to watch the programme. The day was marked with the hoisting of the National flag by our Principal Ms. Anita Sawhney and the singing of the National Anthem.
The event was ensued by a power packed song by tender hearts of UKG who displayed their spark for the nation in their own way. Senior segment also flickered the affair with a patriotic song that compelled everyone to recall the sacrificed lives.
Our Principal Ma'm Ms.Anita Sawhney gave us a short but encouraging speech about how the future generation can build up the nation and make it the best. Last but not the least refreshment was given to all present that day.
