 Do the following exercises in the Grammar Book- EX 16, 29, 60, 61, 62, 68, 69

Project Work

1    Write 30 verbs and write their three forms  e.g     Sleep    -    Slept    -    Slept

Stick suitable pictures. Do it in a scrap book.

4    A day with Charle Chaplin

5    The twelve Dancing princes

Read any one of the above books and write a review in a separate note book.

 SUBJECT – MATHS

 1. Learn and write the tables from 2 to 20

2. Practice 4 digits addition, subtraction, multiplication and division sums (2 sums daily)

3. Practice the word problems sums of addition and subtraction (2 sums daily)

4. Practice all the sums done in the class.

 Projects-

1. Collect and stick the wrappers showing manufacturing and expiry date.  Find the validity time.

2. Make a model of clock with 2 hands.  Select any time of your own choice.

3. Make your own designs with circle using a compass.

4. Make your own jali, wall and floor pattern.  Also colour them.

5. Measure the height of the family members and write in tabular form.  Also compare them.

6. Make a bill of vegetables.  Find the total cost.

 

SUBJECT – EVS

1.    Read chapter – 1 to 15.  Underline the difficult words and write their meaning.  Also make sentences using those words.

2.    On the chart paper, draw & write the names of any five animals that live on land, under the ground and in the water.

3.    Using dry leaves make pictures of different animals in scrapbook.

4.    Collect 10 flowers, paste them in a scrapbook and name them.

5.    Imagine that you are going on a long train journey.  What are the things you will take with you to help pass the time and also describe the whole journey in your own words.

6.    Read any one story book and write its review.

7.    Revise all the chapters done in the class.
